With the introduction of Fulfilment groups comes a new report - the Delivery run report.
Fulfilment groups and the Delivery run report are new features that are not yet on general release. We expect to release them to all users in early June 2024. If you would like a demo or to talk through your options, please chat with the team.
Initially this report will only be available from the orders list, not the Reports page, although we expect to add it there shortly.
To use the report, select the orders you'd like to report on and tap the Print button, then select Delivery run report and tap Print. You'll find more info on how to filter the orders list and use Fulfilment groups in this article.
The Delivery run report shows all the orders, broken down by customer and then by product. This report can be printed directly, or downloaded as a PDF. All the relevant delivery information for each customer can be displayed, to make delivery easier.
