The Samples Request Report shows all sample requests and whether they’ve been fulfilled. It helps you quickly see what’s been requested, what’s been sent, and what still needs action so you can stay on top of customer samples.
Free samples are a paid add-on, charged at $10 per month.

Creating the report
Visit Reports >Sample requests report>Export.
The data is exported as a CSV file, which can be imported into most spreadsheet apps, e.g. Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
The report provides sample request details including, trading name, sample requested date, sample fulfilled date, first order date, and total order count.
Sample request report history
Each time the Sample requests report is generated, a record of the export is saved in the report history as an audit log. This allows you to track when reports were created and access previously generated exports when needed.
