The Products & Pricing Report shows your full product catalogue and all price lists in one place. It makes it easy to check pricing, spot errors, and keep everything up to date. You can also use it to share accurate pricing with your team or export data for reporting and planning.
Creating the report
Visit Reports >Products & pricing report>Export.
The data is exported as a CSV file, which can be imported into most spreadsheet apps, e.g. Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
The report includes your full product catalogue details such as product IDs, codes, names, base prices, descriptions, tax rates, images, and all linked price lists across different customer groups.
Products & pricing report history
Each time the Product & pricing report is generated, a record of the export is saved in the report history as an audit log. This allows you to track when reports were created and access previously generated exports when needed.
