The Shipped order deficits report shows order lines shipped with less than the quantity originally ordered, tailored by product.
This can be useful for monitoring fulfilment, identifying patterns or discrepancies, and understanding where orders may not have been fulfilled in full.
Creating the report
Visit Reports >Shipped order deficits>Export.
Choose your shipped dates from the Export Options popup, then click 'Export'.
Note: This report includes order deficits from 3 August 2026 onwards. Orders shipped before this date will not appear in this report.
The data is exported as a CSV file, which can be imported into most spreadsheet apps, e.g. Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Shipped order deficits report history.
Each time the Shipped order deficits report is generated, a record of the export is saved in the report history as an audit log. This allows you to track when reports were created and access previously generated exports when needed.
