The customers report provides a list of your connected customers, including their contact details and configured settings, helping you easily manage customer records and keep customer settings up to date.
Creating the report
Visit Reports >Customers report>Export.
The data is exported as a CSV file, which can be imported into most spreadsheet apps, e.g. Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
The report includes customer contact information, ordering activity, pricing configuration, fulfilment settings, payment terms, and customer tags, giving you a complete overview of your connected customer accounts
Customers report history
Each time the Customers report is generated, a record of the export is saved in the report history as an audit log. This allows you to track when reports were created and access previously generated exports when needed.
