Comments are a great way to discuss orders with your customers. You can also attach images to comments, making them perfect for your sales reps or delivery drivers to record a proof of delivery.

How to attach a photo

When viewing an order, go to the timeline section. In the comments field and select the add image button.

If you’re using the iPhone or Android app, you’ll see the option to use your phone’s camera or select from your photo library.

You can add as many images as you like. Drag and drop the images to rearrange them.

Once you’re ready, hit the send button. Your image will be added to the order timeline for both you and your customer to see. An email will also be sent to the customer.
