To connect your Apple or Google account to an existing Upstock account:
Log in to Upstock with the email and password you normally use
Go to the Personal Profile setting, which you can access from the menu at the bottom left of the page
Select Connect Apple or Connect Google
Managing connected accounts
You can disconnect your Apple or Google account at any time. Just go to Settings › Profile and click the connected account. You'll be shown details for the connect account, plus an option to disconnect.
Troubleshooting
Experiencing trouble logging into your Upstock account? Here’s a guide to help you identify and resolve common issues.
The Apple or Google account you’ve logged in with may not be associated with an Upstock account. If you have an existing Upstock account, it could be under a different email address. Common Login Issues:
Incorrect email address or password.
Forgotten password.
Pending account setup.
Device-related restrictions, such as security blockers.
How do I fix this?
You'll need to log back in with the details you originally signed up with.
Verify Your Email Address
Ensure that you are using the correct email associated with your Upstock account.
If you're setting up a new account, check your email inbox and spam folder for an account invitation, and complete the setup process by following the email instructions.
If you've forgotten your login details, don't worry! You can reset your password from the login screen. If you’ve forgotten which email address you signed up with, please chat with us - we can get you sorted.
Reset Your Password
If your password isn’t working or you’ve forgotten it:
Click on the 'Forgot Password' link on the login page.
Follow the prompts to receive a reset link in your email.
Use the link to set a new password, and then try logging in again.
If you normally log in with Apple or Google, check that you’ve chosen the correct account. When selecting the Apple or Google account, double check the email address.
