Product promotions help attract new customers and sell more to existing customers. This feature is included as part of our paid plans.
How to promote products
It’s super simple to manage your promos. Here’s how they work.
Go to the Products page
Select the products you want to promote by clicking the checkbox on the product row.
Click the Promotion button and choose a promotion.
When you update promotions, your store will update immediately.
What will my customers see?
Promoted products are shown at the top of your catalogue, grouped into sections by promotion type. Promoted products also show a small badge.
Filters are shown to let your customers quickly narrow down products by promotion.
You can preview your store, by going to Products › Store options › Preview.
Tips for managing promos
Rotate your promotions regularly.
Don’t overdo it. Promotions lose their effectiveness if too many products are included.
The Promoted tab on the product page is an easy way to see all of your promos in one place.
You can sort products by promotion by clicking on the column header.
Store options
For more options to control your storefront, go to Products › Store options. You can choose to feature product categories and organise products by category.

Common questions
Why can't I see the checkboxes in my product list on my phone?
Due to the small screen space available on phones, some features are not available. Try rotating your phone to landscape to see the check boxes.
