We’re excited to introduce the new shopping cart feature. You can now build up an order over multiple days, or switch between your phone and laptop without losing any items.
You also have the flexibility to checkout with specific suppliers and a nicer way to discover new suppliers. Read on to find out what's changed…
The Shop
The Shop section is your starting point for new orders. This is where you’ll find all of your connected suppliers and favourites lists.
The top five suppliers you order from are shown first. To browse the full list, click view all. Similarly, five favourites lists are shown with the option to view all.
Adding items to your cart
The easiest way to add items to your cart is by searching the shop. You can search by product name, supplier name or SKU. By default, you’ll see search results from your connected suppliers. To search across all suppliers in the marketplace, use the Discover option.
You can also add items from a suppliers profile, a favourites list or even an old order using the Reorder option.
Your cart
When you add items to your cart they are automatically saved. This means you can build up an order over the week, or switch between your phone and laptop, without losing any items.
Each member of your team has their own cart — they are not shared across your team.
Choosing suppliers at checkout
If your cart has items from different suppliers, you can choose which to continue with at checkout. On the checkout page, use the switch next to a supplier’s name to include or exclude them from the order. Any items that are excluded will remain in your cart for next time.
Discover
The Discover section is where you can find and connect new suppliers. You can browse suppliers by categories like free samples, local suppliers, baked goods, etc.
