Create courier tickets with one click.

Automate your courier tickets by connecting a shipping provider. This is a massive time-saver, removing the need to manually entering each courier ticket.

Supported couriers

You can connect directly to eShip (NZ Post), DHL Express and Starshipit.

Connecting to Starshipit gives you access to 60+ couriers, including many common providers in Australia and New Zealand. This requires an account with Starshipit.

Pricing & setup

Our shipping integrations are a paid add-on. These are charged at 20% of your orders plan tier. E.g. if you pay $50 per month for orders, the add-on would be $10 per month.

Chat with our team to get the feature added to your account. You can then connect to a shipping provider in Settings › Integrations.

Creating a courier ticket

When you receive an order, click the shipping integration field to create a courier ticket.

The courier ticket number and status will then be shown. When the package is dispatched a tracking link will be added to the order for you and your customers.

Status Changes

Your shipment's status is displayed within Upstock. When the package has been delivered, Upstock's status will also be marked as delivered if the order was in a shipped state.

Upstock also has the ability to automatically mark Upstock orders as shipped when shipped in your shipping provider. This may also trigger the generation of an invoice in your connected accounting system. Contact us to discuss this option.

Disconnecting

You can disconnect integrations by going to Settings › Integrations. If you no longer need to connect a shipping provider, you can remove the add-on from your plan by going to Settings › Plans & pricing
