Downgrading your supplier account to a free plan affects how you receive orders and what features are available to you.

How the free plan works

With a free plan, you’ll get a basic listing in the Upstock marketplace. Customers can discover your brand and invite you to trade, and you can manage these invites in Upstock.

You can list your products and manage their availability (e.g. mark items as out of stock). Connected customers can place orders, but will not see prices.

You’ll receive orders as an email, rather than in Upstock. All order management takes place outside of Upstock (e.g. managing changes to orders, communicating updates, etc.)

Which features are restricted?

Features relating to order management, payments and logistics are only included in paid plans. Here’s an overview what's available on each plan.
