Access for individual team members can be limited to specific features. They can have one, or a combination of these, depending on what they need to do.
Order management
Team members with access to order management can do everything related to supplier orders:
Place orders on behalf of customers
Edit the items and prices on an order
Update order details (e.g. due date or reference)
Add comments to orders
Change the status of an order
Newsfeed management
Team members with access to newsfeed management can post updates to supplier's newsfeed.
Buyer access
Some businesses use the same Upstock account for both supplying and buying.
Team members with buyer access can use the buyer side of the app to place orders with other suppliers.
Note that if someone only has buyer access, they will not be able to use the supplier side of the account.
Updating access
Only team members with full access can manage permissions for others. This can be done on the Team page.
