If you have a problem with an order, it’s easy to let suppliers know so they can get the issue sorted. Some examples are:

  • Order did not arrive

  • Product list out of date

  • Products damaged

  • Products quality

How to report a problem

Go to an order and select the Problem button, then fill in the details.

What happens once a problem is reported?

A notification is sent to the supplier with the details. This includes what went wrong, plus your contact details. The issue is also recorded on the order timeline.
