Upstock orders link to documents in connected apps. In some cases, a link may not be available. Here are some reasons why...

External document deleted

The invoice or sales order may have been deleted in the connected app. To check if this is the case, go to the connected app and check if the document it exists.

Integration disconnected

The integration may have been disconnected. To check, go to Settings Integrations. Connect the integration make links available again.

Links not supported

Some integrations don’t support linking to documents. For example, if you’re connected to MYOB, links to invoices will not be shown. This is a limitation with MYOB.
