Customer not found

Customer with specified 'CustomerID' not found.

What went wrong?

To automatically create a sales order in Dear, each customer in Upstock needs to be matched with a customer in Dear. In this case, the customer in Dear could not be found.

How to fix

First, check that the customer exists in Dear and their status is active. In Dear, go to Sale › Customers, then select the customer.

If you update the status, it may take some time for the customer to be available in Upstock. You can import changes straight away by going to Price lists › Sync Dear prices.
