When you connect your other apps, we automatically import you active customers. This helps get you up and running quickly, and allows orders to flow to other apps and be automatically processed.
How it works
To get started, connect your other apps in Settings › Integrations.
Once connected, your customers will automatically be imported. It usually takes a day, then you can start taking orders.
Each of your customers in Upstock will be matched with a customer in the connected app. This allows invoices or sales to automatically be created for the correct customer.
Which customers are imported?
We only import your active customers. This includes any customer that has purchased from you within that last 6 months.
