Upstock offers a number of integrations. However, if you’d like to integrate with an app that isn’t directly supported, webhooks may help.

What are webhooks?

Webhooks are a way to send information between apps when an event occurs.

In Upstock, when an order is created or updated, the order data is sent. This could then be used to automate a task in another app, like raising an invoice or updating inventory.

Getting set up

While webhooks make your order data available, you still need to do something useful with it. This part of the integration is usually done by a third party developer, like Apikle.

What's involved will vary depending on the app you’re integrating with and what you want to do with the data.

To get started, get in touch with the team at Upstock and we'll turn on webhooks for your account.

If you’re working with a third party to set up the integration, you may want to invite them to your Upstock account. This will give them access to manage webhooks.
