One of the great things about Upstock is that orders can flow into other apps and be automatically processed, saving you loads of time 🙌🏽.

For this to happen, your customers in Upstock need to be matched to customers in the connected app.

When you accept an invite from a customer, you’ll be asked to match them.

Start by searching for the customer. A list of results from the connected app will be shown. Select the customer you want to match with, then click Continue.

For some integrations, you can choose to create a new customer to match with. We recommend searching first though, to avoid creating duplicates.

If this option isn’t available, you’ll need to go to the connected app to create a new customer to match with.

It’s easy to update which customers are matched. Just go to Customers, choose a customer, then go to the Profile tab.
