Suppliers that manage orders in Upstock have the option to show prices to customers. You’ll see prices when ordering and on their profile.

Prices are finalised when invoiced

When you place an order, it will be sent to the supplier to confirm availability, prices and freight charges (if any). Once the supplier has confirmed the order, you’ll receive an invoice with the final amount.

Orders may include a link to the invoice. If a supplier has chosen to include invoices, you'll see the link when the order is shipped.

How are prices set?

Product prices are set by suppliers. Upstock is not involved with setting prices. Our job is to make ordering quick and easy. We pass your order onto suppliers to process, but don’t handle any of the distribution.

Why don’t some products show prices?

Not all suppliers are able to display their prices. If this is the case, you will be charged the price you agreed to with the supplier.

How do I get a price list?

When you connect with a new supplier, they’ll get in touch with their pricing and terms. If you haven’t received a price list, please contact the supplier. You can find their contact details on their profile in Upstock.
