Integrating with Xero allows Upstock to automatically create invoices for every wholesale order. That way, you don’t have to manually enter invoices and your customers automatically receive a copy of their invoice attached to their order.

The integration also makes it fast and easy to import your products and your customer contacts into Upstock, then keeps everything synched between the two systems.

Setting up the Xero integration

The integration between Upstock and Xero may have been enabled when you first activated your account. If it wasn't, here's how to do it:

1. Select Settings › Integrations from the menu on the left-hand-side of the page. You may need to expand it from the icon at the top of the screen.

2. On the integrations page, click on the Connect to Xero button.

3. You'll now be redirected to Xero, where you'll be asked to authorise Upstock's access to Xero (you may need to log in to Xero first). Follow the prompts and you'll be redirected back in Upstock in no time.

Once you're back in Upstock, it's a great time to import your products from Xero.

Disabling the Xero integration

You can disable your integration with Xero at any time by going to Settings › Integrations, then selecting Disconnect from Xero.
