Once you start taking payments in Upstock, you’ll receive weekly payouts 🎉. Here’s what to expect when you receive a payout.

Payouts happen weekly on Monday. Please note that it might take a couple of days for the funds to clear, depending on your bank.

Payments from customers are subject to a two-working-day holding period, after which they become eligible for payout. All payouts that are eligible as at Sunday evening (from the week prior) will be paid out on the Monday.

If you’ve just set up payments in Upstock, it may take a little longer for the first few payouts to come through. You can check the status of your next payout in your Stripe account.

Payouts are made to the bank account you entered when setting up payments. You can manage this in your Stripe account.

Daily payouts are available for an additional fee of $12/month. So, for a little extra each month you can have payments appear in your account each day. Chat with our team in the app if you’d like this add-on.
